Core Policy

Some parts offered on our website have a “core charge” applied. This is a refundable charge the manufacturer applies certain parts, ensuring the old part will be returned back to us.

• Customer is responsible for shipping cores back to us, including shipping costs.
• Cores must be returned in the original Ford packaging from the new part. Ford does not accept or pay us for any cores not returned in the Ford packaging.
• Cores must also be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, drained, and “like for like”.
